From immediate impact opportunities, to offering educational programs and information packed engagement opportunities, we seek to help more Black women entrepreneurs “Get The Bag” creating economic opportunities for ourselves, families, and wider communities. When more Black women entrepreneurs launch, scale and maintain thriving ventures, greater opportunities to create generational wealth for families and communities become achievable and impactful.
Environmental. We are committed to acting and partnering with those aligned in their expressed dedication and lived business practices which value and prioritize the continued availability and access for future generations to our natural resources. Get The Bag actively seeks to collaborate with environmentally conscious partners who:
- Utilize renewable energy resources.
- Advance an appreciation for nature
- Value natural resources beyond their monetary value
- Utilize production processes and consumption patterns to decrease deterioration of natural resources.
- Leverage supply chain ecosystems which prioritize the economic vitality of all contributors in the process.
Cultural. Black women entrepreneurship today exists within a long history and rich legacy in the United States and throughout the world. We seek to continue that legacy while building and uplifting the next generation of Black women entrepreneurs who break glass ceilings and barrel through color barriers inspiring the continued evolution and innovation that Black women continually bring forward to be copied, replicated, and imitated, but never duplicated.
